Refund Policy
We want every family to feel confident registering with RSC. Please review our refund policy carefully before signing up for any program or camp.
Rockville Soccer Club strives to be fair and transparent in all financial matters. This policy applies to all RSC programs, including Summer Camp, Travel Soccer, Recreational Soccer, the Goalie Program, and High School Soccer Prep. By registering, families acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
Registration Refunds
- Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made 14 or more days before the start of the registered program or camp week.
- A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made 7–13 days before the start of the registered program or camp week.
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start of the registered program or camp week.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to Rockvillesoccerclub@gmail.com.
Mid-Program Withdrawals
- No refunds will be issued for players who withdraw after a program or camp week has begun.
- Partial credits toward a future RSC program may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented medical reasons.
- Any credit issued is valid for one calendar year from the date of withdrawal and is non-transferable.
Medical & Emergency Exceptions
- Refund requests due to injury or illness must be accompanied by a signed note from a licensed medical professional.
- Approved medical refunds will be issued as a full credit toward a future RSC program or as a prorated cash refund, at RSC's discretion.
- Family emergencies will be reviewed individually — please contact us as soon as possible at Rockvillesoccerclub@gmail.com.
Program Cancellations by RSC
- If RSC cancels a program or camp week due to weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, a full credit will be issued toward a future program.
- Cash refunds for RSC-initiated cancellations will be considered upon written request.
- RSC will notify registered families as promptly as possible in the event of a cancellation.
- RSC is not responsible for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by families in connection with a cancelled program.
How to Request a Refund
- Email your refund request to Rockvillesoccerclub@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Player Name] – [Program Name]".
- Include the player's full name, the program or camp week registered for, the reason for the request, and any supporting documentation.
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5–7 business days of receipt.
- Approved refunds will be returned via the original payment method within 10 business days.
