We believe every child deserves to play. RSC is committed to working with all families — no child should miss out on soccer because of finances.
No Family Left Behind
At Rockville Soccer Club, we understand that registration fees and program costs can be a barrier for some families. That is why we have made a firm commitment: we will try and work with all families. If cost is a concern, please reach out to us — we want your child on the field, and we will do everything we can to make that happen.
How It Works
Our process is simple, private, and judgment-free. Just reach out and we will take it from there.

Reach Out to Us
Send us an email or give us a call. Let us know you are interested in financial aid and which program or camp session you are registering for.

Have a Conversation
We will have a brief, confidential conversation to understand your family’s situation. There is no formal application — just an honest discussion.

We Work Out a Plan
Together we will find a solution that works — whether that is a reduced fee, a payment plan, or full scholarship assistance.

Your Child Plays
Your child joins the program and gets the same full RSC experience as every other player. No labels, no differences — just soccer.
Our Commitments to You
- All financial aid conversations are completely confidential.
- No family will be turned away solely due to inability to pay.
- Assistance is available for Summer Camp, Travel Soccer, Recreational Soccer, and all RSC programs.
- We offer reduced fees, payment plans, and full scholarships depending on need.
- RSC is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit — your child's participation is our mission.
- We treat every family with dignity and respect throughout the process.
